Glamourhuset offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:

If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Contact us right away if:

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a location within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must still meet the return eligibility requirements listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
